Service Description

Join us for a joyful celebration of nature and poetry with Victoria Gatehouse, author of the beautifully illustrated poetry collection Aardvark Day. Victoria is a zoologist, poet and passionate nature lover, and during this special session she’ll share a selection of poems inspired by animals, seasons and the wonders of the natural world. Children will be invited to listen, join in and discover how poetry can help us notice the small details around us. After the storytime, everyone can take part in a pebble-decorating craft activity, creating their own nature-inspired keepsake to take home.
